The customer was running on an older platform of Cisco UCS Servers and Netapp storage which did not have a DR In place. The Server and storage Generations were 2-3 years old Generation. Various Challenges were faced in multiple areas.

Having one resource to maintain this multi-vendor environment was becoming expensive. Customer needs a cost-effective solution to make their app management easier. They also need to set up their environment in a Hybrid cloud model by adopting Microsoft Azure.

Solution Provided
SSTech has conducted a detailed study about their requirement and recommended to implement production environment on latest technology of HPE, Netapp storage Hardware platform and DR was implemented in Azure. Veeam was the software used to take backup to on-premises on QNAP and to Azure Cloud. Azure Site Recovery was using to replicate some Virtual machines from on-premises to Microsoft Azure cloud. VMware was the hypervisor using on-premises.
